Re: A Quarter-Million Israeli Gun Applicants Prove the Necessity of our Second Amendment

The "invasion" has already begun. China is buying up land and politicians (like the Bidens) left and right. They have taken over the marijuana industry. A bunch of military aged Chinese were caught illegally entering the southern border. They were carrying electronic (spy?) equipment. So ...

Re: Sipik (SK68)

MAy have to look into these for my main lights They are made by a gazillion different companies. The orginal was the Sipik. SK68 is sorta the generic clone name based on the design. There was a time you could get them for 99 cents each. Now I see they are $4 and up. Still an okay price and maybe yo...

Re: Newest gun or latest upgrade

My bedside Glock 17 has been moved to competition duty and replaced by a Shadow Systems XR920. I wasn't familiar with that pistol and had to look it up. Looks nice, what made you switch to it from the G17? Where I store my bedside gun was just big enough for the 17 with Mod9sk suppressor. This cuts...

Cleaned up the safe and took an inventory of the amount in each caliber.

Re: Sipik (SK68)

Flashlights. Batteries are Energizer or Duracell. I use the standard alkalines for back ups but have really taken to Eneloop batteries in AA and AAA. They do a great job of holding a charge, have a substantial mAh and are very cost effective. I don't know if Costco still has them but that's where I...

Re: Newest gun or latest upgrade

Got a good deal today from a local BST site (Florida Gun Trader). Guy was getting out of 40 S&W and had eight 50-round boxes (400 rounds) for $175. What made it a good deal was six of the boxes (300 rounds) was 180g Speer Gold Dots. That's about half price from what I've seen online.

Yay :P

Re: Pocket: Pistol or revolver?

I really like revolvers. Cut my teeth on them. Having said that, I haven't owned one in over a decade or more. The last ones I remember were a S&W 642 and 640. These days my pocket carry (or IWB more often) is the LCP Max like we've discussed in other threads. Light, flat, 12+1 capacity and a fr...

Pocket: Pistol or revolver?

For pocket carry, which do you prefer; pistol like an LCP-type or a snub revolver? And why?

Re: TX 22 Owners

Been gone a while, but my TXs are still running great. Just that one lot of Federal ammo keyholing. Everything else shoots great. Everyone that shoots the TX seems to really love it. I've taught several new shooters on it and they all really did well with the pistol. They laugh when I up the calibe...
