This leads to a section of one of my Websites, where I lay down a lot of guidelines for SFB ships construction.

Also, the BPV/CPV Cost for PA Panels on that list on the right of the page that GrimacePCH put together would be around 60; - you can use his Federation, partially completed Romulan, and his BPV Calculation pages all together, give or take a few short looks at certain SSDs, to make ships for any race.

I have actually used GrimacePCH's Ship Construction System a lot for SFB/SFC ship construction (Ed Note- really useful for 0X/1X ship Construction; - yes, despite what he says in his entrance, it *CAN* make decent 1X Size 3/4 ships, and can *kind of* make 2X ships, although they'll lag a little...), also am one of the few (other than Panzergranate) who brought Don Miller's SSDs to the Starfleet Command games; - most often I would take his L-13 Fat Man Battleship, designated by him as B-12, and bring it to SFCII, completely accurate.

Don Miller's ships do at least some of the time translate great to SFC, and I found a 2Xs Tholian Ship of his that matches up with one of my Tholian models, so I modded *it* into SFCIIOP.
